A wonderful tea

I drink 2 large mugs of Goomtee for breakfast, every day of my life. I've been buying this tea ever since the first store opened at Paddington, in 1993. I probably break all the rules but I make strong with3 dessert spoons full in the pot, 100ºC, brew it under woollen tea cosies, and the second mug may be up to 25 minutes after the first cup - yet this top Darjeeling tea is NEVER bitter, tastes slightly different each day but is still unique in its flavour. As write this I am sipping my first mug of the day: black, no sugar, of course. Over the 17 years as a customer of The Tea Centre I have tried many teas, and I drink White Tea, Green Tea, in the evenings. But, I cannot shake off the habit of drinking Goomtee every day. You cannot ruin it and the flavour is best when the tea is strong.
