    Absolutely a Superb Tea, Im finding Houjicha a malty, nutty, smooth drink anytime of day, and compare it to a fine wine, I love it, give it a go, the look alone makes it desirable.

    Because it is roasted this magnificent green tea will not become bitter if you steep it for ages.
