Straight off to La-La-Land for me

I drink this often before bed because I have trouble sleeping sometimes. Other than the fact it tastes wonderful, it really does work - it's so calming and relaxing, and sends me right off to sleep.

I'm not usually a fan of non-black and non-milk teas, but with a spoon of honey, this deliciously delicate tea is simply magnificent. Another one to add to my list of 'Must Have a Constant Supply Of'.

Tried sweet dreams the other night, I was out like a light and had a wonderful sleep. Definately worth a try.

This tea is fantastic for relaxing you at night and getting you ready for a great night's sleep. I'm normally a bad sleeper, but I've found my sleep is so much better if I have one of these (even against stilnox or melatonin!).

My grandmother swears by this one too - the packs empty quicker now she's drinking it too!

This blend I often drink in combination with Anti Stress. I find it good at the end of a bussy day to settle down.
