How long does delivery take?
We use Australia Post e-Parcel and StarTrack for Australia wide delivery. The following table provides a general estimate of delivery times based on the best data we have for each provider.

Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are generally dispatched same day if received before 1pm, if not, then the next business day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for orders totalling $60 or more. For orders less than $60 we charge a simple fixed rate of $9.99. If you qualify for free delivery we will choose whether to deliver with StarTrack or Australia Post but please feel free to make your preference known in our “Comments/Delivery Instructions” field on your order.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses or Parcel Lockers?
Yes, we will always deliver these orders using Australia Post.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No, tea is classified as plant matter and can therefor be difficult to export so unfortunately we do not ship our teas internationally. Because of this we have chosen not to ship products internationally either.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
At checkout you’re able to select the “Authority to Leave” option which will instruct the delivery to be left without a signature. Additionally a comments box is provided so you can include any special delivery instructions. If you don’t check the box “Authority to Leave” and no one is home to receive the parcel, you will get a card in your mailbox with details on how to collect your parcel from your local pickup point, generally at your local post office but can occasionally be a local StarTrack depot.
