Online Ordering

All registration information is confidential and remains the property of The Tea Centre (TC1 Online Pty Ltd) and will not be disclosed or shared with any third parties.

All online orders are to be prepaid by credit card or direct debit. Please make sure you have funds available as this can delay your order.

An emailed order confirmation is sent once payment is received.

The order will be delivered via Australia Post after confirmation of payment and if you’ve provided an email address then a tracking confirmation will be sent from the relevant delivery service.

Free delivery is provided once a customer spends $70 or more and The Tea Centre reserves the right to send the parcel with whichever carrier at our discretion. Where possible, we endeavor to dispatch via Australia Post, dependent upon authority to leave options and the parcel size falling within the acceptable weight and size bracket.

Once an order has been packed, an ‘Order Complete’ is sent via email to the customer from The Tea Centre. This means your order has been packed and sent and you now only have to wait for delivery.
