For the fun & flavour of soft drink – minus the processed sugar – we recommend turning a fruit infusion into sparkling iced tea!
Our fruit infusions are based on hibiscus petals meaning they are packed full of Vitamin C.
To Brew
- Slowly pour one litre of soda water into your iced tea jug and add one tablespoon of your favourite fruit infusion.
- Place in the fridge for at least three hours.
- Serve with a scoop of ice, fresh or frozen berries, and a sprig of mint.
For a full-flavoured summer cocktail try adding a splash of vodka.
Top Tip
Opt for a regular jug instead of an iced tea jug by using one of our cotton tea socks as an infuser.
