Healthy Sparkling Iced Tea

For the fun & flavour of soft drink – minus the processed sugar – we recommend turning a fruit infusion into sparkling iced tea!

Our fruit infusions are based on hibiscus petals meaning they are packed full of Vitamin C.

To Brew

  1. Slowly pour one litre of soda water into your iced tea jug and add one tablespoon of your favourite fruit infusion.
  2. Place in the fridge for at least three hours.
  3. Serve with a scoop of ice, fresh or frozen berries, and a sprig of mint.

For a full-flavoured summer cocktail try adding a splash of vodka.

Top Tip

Opt for a regular jug instead of an iced tea jug by using one of our cotton tea socks as an infuser.
