Lezzo's Turkish Apple Tea is very pleasant served either hot or cold. Following are some helpful brewing instructions, depending on whether you like it hot, cold or in small or larger quantities so you can share.

Lezzo's Turkish Apple Tea is very pleasant served either hot or cold.  Following are some helpful brewing instructions, depending on whether you like it hot, cold or in small or larger quantities so you can share.

Cold/Cup

  • 200ml cold water
  • 25g of Lezzo Turkish Apple Tea (approximately 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons)
  • Add fruit or mint (optional)

Instructions:  Stir Turkish Apple Tea in a little hot water until all dissolved then top up with cold water and ice (optional) then serve.

Hot/CupLezzo-Turkish-Apple-Tea-Copy

  • 200ml hot water at about 75 degrees (100 degrees is boiling temperature)
  • 25g of Lezzo Turkish Apple Tea (approximately 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons)
  • Add fruit or mint (optional)

Instructions:  Stir until the Turkish Apple Tea is dissolved, then serve.

Jug

  • 6 tablespoons of Lezzo Turkish Apple Tea
  • Add water and ice up to 1 litre
  • Add fruit or mint (optional)

Instructions:  It's a good idea to dissolve your Turkish Apple Tea in a cup of hot water then top up with cold water and ice up to 1 litre, then serve.
