Matcha Green Tea Bliss Balls

We’re very lucky to have a qualified Naturopath on staff in our Kotara store. Hayley has kindly shared one of her favourite recipes with us. These little gems are super healthy and a Naturopath approved snack. Thanks Hayley!


1 cup pitted dates
1 cup unsalted almonds 
1 tbsp cocoa butter (or coconut butter)
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp Matcha green tea powder 


Blend it all in a food processor until the mixture comes together. Roll the mixture into balls and lightly coat in chia seeds (optional). Keep in the fridge for up to one week. 

These beauties are a great, high protein, energy boosting snack.
