There’s nothing worse than that congested feeling, but with Breathe Easy, you can now do just that. This is a spicy and sweet, yet effective concoction. In addition to the base ingredients, a few other herbs and spices really make the difference. As an antiseptic herb, the use of thyme has been known to help with chest and respiratory problems, as well as providing an excellent source of vitamin C, and a very good source of vitamin A. Mallow root is great for soothing sore throats and reducing dry coughing. Just some of the pharmacological activities of wool flowers suggest that it is good as an anti-inflammatory, a source of antioxidants, an antibacterial, and also good for wound healing. Finally, preliminary studies show that turmeric may help reduce the severity of bacterial and viral infections.

- water at 100 degrees celcius (boiling water)
- brew for 5 minutes
