White tea and delivery and Sri Lankan range

Both the organic and ordinary white Chinese tea are excellent except that the leaves are not chopped small enough for a one-cup tea strainer. On the plus side deliveries never take more than a few days even though we live in nirth Queensland. I've recommended your site to other people, one who recently fell in love with great tea in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately not a huge range of Sri Lankan teas as yet but we'll keep checking!

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 teaspoon per 200mls of water at 80 ̊C.
  • Brew for 1 - 3 minutes.
  • Leaves can be reused up to 3 times in a day.
  • Keep in a cool dry location and avoid direct sunlight.
