Harvested from the Fujian province, this legendary oolong named after the Chinese goddess of mercy is renowned for its green, premium rolled leaves. Producing a fresh brew with a nutty aroma, the flavour palate offers floral notes reminiscent of orchids.

Our Ti Kuan Yin is quality tested to comply with strict European standards for any chemical or pesticide residues. Uniquely, the teas are then air freighted to Australia to maintain the finest quality and freshness for your enjoyment.

Brewing tips - icons

Brewing Instructions:

  • 1 teaspoon per 200mls
  • water at 85 degrees celcius 
  • brew for 2 - 3 minutes
  • leaves can be rebrewed 2-3 times (in the same day) but you'll need to brew a little longer each time
