The Tea Centre’s glass teapots are hand-blown by master glassmakers. Because of this, the exteriors of our glass teapots are quite thin, making them nice and light to handle. Although glass teapots do not retain heat as well as stainless steel teapots or traditional teapots, they are advantageous when it comes to checking on your brew during the infusion process. Therefore, glass teapots make it easy to brew the perfect cuppa every time. In fact, many herbal tisane drinkers prefer to serve from glass teapots and glass cups for this very reason.

Porcelain/Bone China: beautiful pure white colour and a convenient material for teaware. Used to be very delicate but is now much more durable. They are not as great at retaining heat.
