From the pristine Mangalam estate in Assam comes this delicious tea that’s equal parts malty and fresh. Specifically, the proliferation of golden tips in Assam Mangalam FTGFOP1 gives this loose leaf tea its sparkling aftertaste. In turn, the spring-harvested Assam base carries a dark richness that’s beautifully complex in flavour. This is not surprising given Mangalam is one of the most outstanding and reputable gardens in India! While this infusion is a full-bodied tea, we believe it tastes best without milk or sugar.
This Assam also boasts an FTGFOP1 grading, which stands for ‘Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe – First Flush’.
