This is a tea that broadens your horizons and the palate at once, possessing an explosion of citrus aromatics from lemon-scented gum leaves and crushed lemon myrtle. We then bring in a Great Australian Bight of flavour with piquant desert lime from the south. All rounded out on a bed of crisp Alpine Sencha green tea.
It may be surprising to hear that such a spirited brew comes from sunbleached eucalyptus, thorny shrubs, and the frostiest of heights.
