Our organic Detox & Cleanse tea tin holds an earthy tisane comprised of several yummy herbs. While we use the word ‘detox’ as a description, our tea drinkers can rest assured that this cleansing tisane is not a fad tea. The Tea Centre works hard to carefully craft this tisane so that your body is only consuming the tastiest organic ingredients that nature has to offer. This tisane is enjoyable on its own, though some sippers prefer adding honey for a little extra sweetness!
Several ingredients in Detox & Cleanse take inspiration from Ayurveda teachings: liquorice root, lemongrass, and fennel to be precise! You can find more of The Tea Centre’s Ayurveda-inspired teas here. Opening this tea tin also makes for a sensory experience, with the yellow calendula blossom and pink rose petals adding a wonderful fragrance (not to mention a pretty loose leaf tea). Rounding out this post-meal tea are bright juniper berries and nettle.
