Our Dung Ti Oolong premium tin holds one of Taiwan’s best-known oolong teas. Like all light oolong teas, it is extremely floral with clear aromas that are sometimes reminiscent of jasmine. Moreover, it sports a herbaceous tone that balances nicely with its natural blossom fragrances. This is a tea you can sip morning, noon, and night. Best enjoyed on its own without milk or sugar.

This is a loose leaf produced on Dong Ding Mountain in the areas around Lugu in the Nan Tou region. The district is known for its cool, misty, and humid climate, which is perfect for tea cultivation. Dung Ti is one of the mildest and softest oolong teas due to its jade colour and sparse oxidation. Part of the spring harvest, Dung Ti Oolong is considered a premium tea because of its labour-intensive bruising process (where the leaves are placed in bamboo baskets and shaken to release enzymes) and traditional small-batch production. A Formosan loose leaf that also tastes great as an iced tea.
