Ingredients
Masala Chai (50g): Black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, rose, and flavour.
Mumbai Chai (50g): Black tea, orange peel, fennel, cinnamon, liquorice, juniper berry, clove, cardamom, vanilla, ginger, green peppercorn, and flavour.
Our German supplier quality tests chai in compliance with the European Union’s strict standards concerning chemical and pesticide residues.

Chai Brewing Pot

Cone Strainer

Hand wash the cone strainer and chai brewing pot with a soft cloth. Do not place in microwave or dishwasher. Store the Mumbai chai loose leaf tin in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

- POUR 250ml of water into your Chai Brewing Pot
- SCOOP in two heaped teaspoons of chai
- BRING mixture to a simmer on medium heat
- ADD 250ml of milk and bring back to a simmer
- SIMMER for at least five minutes, then turn off the heat
- POUR mixture through the strainer into two mugs
- STIR in a dollop of honey or add sugar to taste
