Sleep tight and look forward to night when you have Sweet Dreams on hand! This is a soothing sleep tea unique to The Tea Centre. A herbal tisane featuring relaxing chamomile married with passionflower, lime-tree blossom, rose petals, and lavender that we hope helps even the most persistent night owl achieve a good night’s sleep. Ideal on its own, this is a restful tea to give restless folks just before bedtime!

We’ve plucked petals that settle and combined them into one powerful blend. Our tea’s golden chamomile contains apigenin and a benzodiazepine-like compound, which are thought to promote sedative effects. You’ll also note a dash of purple lavender petals for colour and fragrance. Then we have our little-known but much-loved passionflower! Native American cultures traditionally cultivate this floral to treat sleep problems. Similarly, lime-tree blossom and rose petals also boast amazing and nostalgic aromas.
