Brewing up a warming red hue, this is a specialist tea that is much adored for its quality and taste. Specifically, we source the leaves from the high mountain plantations of Vietnam before processing the leaves in Germany via the CTC (crush-tear-curl) method. A common misconception is that broken leaves are a lower-quality version of orange pekoe leaves. We couldn’t disagree more! In fact, we love both grades for different reasons, with BOP teas making for full-bodied cuppas that are easy to brew quickly. For this reason, BOP leaves make for great breakfast teas.
