Delicious but do your research!Absolutely love this tea! Grounding and stimulating, beautiful bitter taste without being too overbearing. Went to resume drinking this tea during my pregnancy, but I am so grateful that I did a little extra research beforehand... a few of the herbs used in the tea stimulate blood flow and have been traditionally used to help menstrual irregularities, which may cause complications in pregnancy. Please remember to check what herbs you are using before consumption :)
The properties of these specially selected herbs facilitate circulation, encourage energy (Qi) flow, and eliminate toxins following exercise.
Please note: Herbs can react differently to each individual and it is always best to check with your health practitioner if you are unsure or have any concerns.
