More about this product

The flavours of an entire tea-loving culture in a single blend, East Frisian Tea is a malty & sharp Assam blend, inspired by the tea drinking culture of East Frisia, Germany.

Want to enjoy this tea like a true East Frisian? This tea is best enjoyed from a small teacup, with a single sugar cube added, and topped with a dollop of cream - no stirring allowed! This creates a multi-layered drink with different flavours - as you sip through the stages of cream, to black tea, to a sweet finish.

East Frisian Tea

"It has been a long time since I drank Ostfriesen Tee in Germany. Thus I cannot judge whether this tea is Ostfriesen Tee. It tastes nice and strong to me. Over time I plan to try other teas from your range."

"Without being bitter. Not the largest leafs or freshest tea you can buy, but tastes excellent, so I recommend. Also tastes like the German original."
